Women! They're everywhere. I'm one of them. This blog is going to talk about things that affect us, how we cope with them and link to other sources of information that may provide guidance to those searching.

Each post will concern itself with different issues that cross or have crossed my path in my 40 something years of life so far. It will probably form itself in a short paragraph on what's happened to me that day, recall of a similar incident and how I dealt with it, what advice I was given and what information or thoughts presented themselves.

Going to kick off with something light and simple.

You wake up in the morning and your eyes are swollen, blowfish puffed and all the cold water splashing has failed to make a difference. There's no time to boil the water,steep the tea bags and them throw them in the freezer to then use as packs for them. (This works, but takes a bit of time.)

Here is very basic, a cosmetic tip that I learned while doing a spot of modeling in my twenties.

Keep a tube of hemorrhoid cream handy, and on those eye swollen dawns, dab it around the eye on the puffy bits. AVOID PUTTING IN EYE OR EYELINING! This works in a few short minutes. Hemorrhoid cream shrinks swollen tissue. Try it.
